Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

1. Service description

AuditCrawl ("the Service") provides automated SEO content strategy reports for websites. When you submit a URL, our system crawls the publicly accessible pages of that website, researches keywords and competition, identifies content opportunities, and generates a content strategy report with AI-powered recommendations.

2. Acceptable use

By using AuditCrawl, you agree to:

  • Only submit URLs for websites you have a legitimate business reason to audit (your own sites, prospective client sites, competitor research)
  • Not use the service to perform denial-of-service attacks, vulnerability scanning, or any activity that could harm the target website
  • Not attempt to circumvent rate limits, payment requirements, or credit systems
  • Not resell access to the service itself (reselling the reports you generate is fine — that's the intended use case)

3. Payment and credits

  • Single reports are one-time purchases. Payment is collected before the audit runs.
  • Credit packs (10-pack, 25-pack) are one-time purchases that grant a fixed number of report credits. Credits expire after the period specified at purchase (6 months for 10-pack, 12 months for 25-pack). Expired credits are not refundable.
  • All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in USD and do not include applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout based on your location.

4. Refunds

If an audit fails to generate a report due to a technical error on our end (not a problem with the target website), we will either re-run the audit at no charge or issue a full refund. Contact us within 7 days of purchase.

We do not offer refunds for reports that were successfully generated but contain findings you disagree with. The audit reflects the state of the website at the time of crawling.

5. Report accuracy

AuditCrawl reports are generated by automated systems and AI. While we strive for accuracy, the reports are informational tools — not professional SEO consulting advice. Specifically:

  • Scores and grades are heuristic estimates, not guarantees of search engine ranking
  • Keyword data (search volume, difficulty, CPC) comes from third-party sources and may not be perfectly accurate
  • AI-generated recommendations are suggestions, not definitive fixes — always verify before implementing
  • The crawl only sees publicly accessible HTML content. JavaScript-rendered content may not be fully captured.

6. White-label reports

You may customize reports with your own branding (logo, colors, business name) and present them to your clients as your own work product. You are responsible for any claims you make to your clients about the report's contents. AuditCrawl is not liable for how you represent the findings.

7. Intellectual property

The reports you generate are yours to use, share, and distribute as you see fit. The AuditCrawl platform, codebase, scoring algorithms, and branding remain our intellectual property.

8. Limitation of liability

AuditCrawl is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to: lost revenue, lost data, or damages resulting from acting on report recommendations.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific report in question.

9. Target website responsibility

Our crawler accesses only publicly available web pages using standard HTTP requests, similar to how search engines crawl the web. We respect robots.txt directives when present. If a website owner contacts us to request that we stop crawling their site, we will honor that request promptly.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to users with accounts, or posted on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
